Upon arriving with my family at UiTM for a short retreat, we were pleasantly greeted by the warm and accommodating staff. Breakfast, Hi-Tea, and Dinner at the hotel were nothing short of exquisite. Each meal boasted flavorsome dishes that catered to every family member's palate, making dining a joyous affair. the diverse selection ensured that even the pickiest of eaters in our group found something to savor. During our visit to the hotel's coffee house one evening, we indulged in some ala carte options that proved to be both delectable and reasonably priced. the friendly demeanor of the staff further enhanced these dining experiences, leaving us feeling truly welcomed. the spacious room provided a comfortable retreat for all of us, with high-quality bedding ensuring a restful night's sleep. the free and reliable WiFi allowed me to attend to work matters seamlessly, even amidst a family vacation. Their proximity to Shah Alam Hospital eased the situation, granting my parents easy access while the staff's attentive care ensured a smooth check-in process. While the entertainment options were limited due to current circumstances, the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere and attentive service more than compensated for any perceived lack.
